Shree Airlines is a prominent Nepalese aviation company offering both helicopter and fixed-wing services. Established in 1999 as Air Ananya, it was later renamed Shree Airlines and is headquartered in Kathmandu. The airline is recognized as the largest operator of Mi-17 helicopters in South-East Asia, with a fleet that also includes AS 350 B3e helicopters .

In 2017, Shree Airlines expanded into fixed-wing operations, introducing Bombardier CRJ-200 and CRJ-700 jet aircraft to its fleet. These jets offer pressurized cabins and insulated interiors, enhancing passenger comfort . The airline operates domestic flights connecting Kathmandu to various cities, including Biratnagar, Bhadrapur, Bhairahawa, Dhangadhi, and Nepalgunj 

Shree Airlines is notable for being the only airline from Nepal and all of South and South-East Asia listed as an approved vendor by the United Nations and World Food Program, following thorough safety audits . The airline also offers specialized services such as religious tourism flights, mountain charters, search and rescue operations, and medical emergency evacuations
